Ernest's Descent
How to play:
Explore the caves as Ernest The Rat, find the smelly chests, dig them up for loot and fight cave bats along the way.
Move = WASD or arrow keys
Throw item = left click
Switch item = right click or 1 (bomb) and 2 (torch)
Dig = E
Chest minigame = E
Menu = Escape
The game can be unstable on some devices on firefox. Use chrome or safari for best experience.

I really like the artwork and character in this. Also the use of smelly cheese in chests for the theme is nice. (So far) It's also the 2nd gamejam game I actually completed/beat, which I like.
Not my kind of game, but at least there is one thing that is totally my style ahah ! Thanks for hidding this message in the credits !
Thebacktick key ( ` ) (the key under escape) also restarts the game and resets progress
